BCI acts as exclusive China Agent for a select group of clients, and in that capacity it handles the entire range of agency services, including:

• Product Design
• Sourcing of Products
• Vetting of Factories
• Production of Samples, both Initial and Pre-Production
• Placement of Orders
• Inspection of Goods on Production Line
• All Follow-Up on Orders
• Shipment from China to Country of Destination via Sea or Air, or Door-to-Door Upon Request
• Customs Clearance in the United States or Europe
• Fulfillment Services with the United States or Europe
  

BCI is also available to arrange the following services for our agency clients upon request:

• Factory Visits
• Hotel and Transportation Arrangements
• Translation and Advisory Services During Business Meetings in China

As an indication of the kind of trust our clients place in us, we are frequently asked to accompany the clients of our clients during their business trips to China, and even to receive and negotiate Letters of Credit on behalf of our clients.

In short, there is virtually no service that we cannot perform, no request that we cannot accommodate, as part of our agency services.

And our two U.S. offices allow you to communicate directly with Americans during your own business hours, though you are also welcome to communicate directly with individual staff in our American-managed Taiwan headquarters.
